Experienced treasurer, with over 25 years’ practice in Treasury and finance, I have developed strong treasury knowledge in cash management, organization of cash pools, strong knowledge of documentary credit and letter of credits, implementation and management of payments and foreign exchange systems, capital structuring, debt renegotiation, balance sheet optimization. A strong knowledge of the legal and tax environment completes my profile.

I have also lead transformation projects, systems implementation (both treasury and ERP) design optimal finance operations and document processes. Lately, I have designed the entire processes and target operating model for a fintech based in Dubai.

The alternance of industries through my career as through my consulting work has offered me a unique perspective and vision of corporate structuring.

He is serving as board member of the ATEL since 20XX, and presents ATEL at the Board of EACT (European association of Corporate Treasurers). Fabrizio has a Master’s degree from the Ecole des HEC of the University of Lausanne, Switzerland.
